Enter any one of these: your mobile number, Aadhaar number, Application ID or FSC (ration card) number. If your result shows “List 2,” that is your category, not a second list. It means records show you own no land and no house.

Indiramma Illu Official Website: How to Tell the Real One
The only official Indiramma Illu website is indirammaindlu.telangana.gov.in, run by the Government of Telangana. Any address that does not end in .telangana.gov.in is not a government site, however official it looks.
Why “Illu” searches land on the wrong sites
Most people say and type “Indiramma Illu,” from the Telugu ఇళ్లు. The government’s web address spells it “indlu.” Because of that one-letter difference, a search for “indiramma illu website” shows many private sites before the real one. This page is one of those independent sites. We explain the scheme, but every official action happens on indirammaindlu.telangana.gov.in.
A 5-second check before you type your Aadhaar anywhere
- Look at the address bar at the top of your browser, not the logo on the page.
- Check that the address ends in .telangana.gov.in.
- If it ends in .com, .in, .org or .co.in, it is not the government.
- Never share an OTP or bank details with a site or person asking for a “processing fee.”
Official pages you can trust
The official portal has three parts: Application Search (to check your status), Grievance (to file or track a complaint) and Officer Login (for government staff only). Applicants never need the Officer Login. If you cannot use the internet, MeeSeva centres and your Gram Panchayat, ward office or MPDO office can help in person.
Applying, checking your status and getting on the list are free
No one can charge you to add your name, speed up your file or release an instalment. Officials who ask for money are being caught:
- In March 2026, the Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) arrested a panchayat secretary in Jogulamba Gadwal district for taking Rs 15,000 to release a beneficiary’s first Indiramma instalment.
- A housing Assistant Engineer in Siddipet Rural mandal was suspended for allegedly demanding a Rs 50,000 bribe from an Indiramma houses contractor.
- In Karimnagar, the ACB trapped a gram panchayat secretary taking Rs 10,000 from an Indiramma beneficiary.
If anyone asks you for money, report it. Call the ACB toll-free on 1064 or message the ACB on WhatsApp at 9440446106; the ACB says it keeps complainants’ identities confidential. You can also file a grievance on the official portal.
One official payment exists, and only for Hyderabad flats. Applicants for the 2026 Indiramma flats in Hyderabad’s CURE area paid a Rs 100 application fee and a Rs 10,000 token advance through official channels. The token advance is refunded if you are not selected. Nothing similar applies to houses in the districts.

How to Check Your Indiramma Illu Status (Application Search)
You can check your Indiramma Illu status in about a minute on your phone, using Application Search on indirammaindlu.telangana.gov.in. You need only one of four numbers, and you do not need a password or login.

- Type the number slowly. One wrong digit shows no result, and the site will not tell you it was a typing mistake.

What your result screen shows
Your result shows the details recorded against your application, including your category (L1, L2 or L3), whether a land survey was done, and your house sanction status. For sanctioned houses, the government also put the construction stage, bill payment dates and amount paid online, in Telugu, English, Urdu and Hindi.
Check your name, village and other details carefully. A wrong entry is the most common reason people land in the wrong category.
If the search shows nothing
- Search again, slowly, with the same number.
- Switch to your Aadhaar or FSC card number. An old mobile number is the most common cause of a blank result.
- If nothing works, take your acknowledgement slip and Aadhaar to your MPDO office or ward office and ask them to look up your file. See Name not in the list for the full steps.
Is there an Indiramma Illu app for checking status?
The INDIRAMMA INDLU app on Google Play, made by the Centre for Good Governance, is used by officials for surveys and geo-tagged photos of houses under construction. To check your own status, use Application Search on the website in your phone’s browser.

The portal works in any browser on a phone or computer. To check often, open it in Chrome and tap “Add to Home screen” so the official site is one tap away.
Indiramma Illu List 1, List 2 and List 3: What Your Status Means
List 1, List 2 and List 3 are categories given to your application after the survey, not three separate lists of names. Your category depends on whether records show you own land and whether you already have a house.
List 1: మీకు స్థలం ఉంది, ఇల్లు లేదు. List 2: మీకు స్థలం గానీ ఇల్లు గానీ లేవు. List 3: రికార్డుల ప్రకారం మీకు ఇప్పటికే ఇల్లు ఉంది.

Indiramma Illu List 1: what happens next
List 1 is good news. You own the land, so building can start once your house is sanctioned. The Rs 5 lakh is then paid in stages, and officials check and photograph each stage of construction before the next payment.
Start work once your house is sanctioned. Collectors have ordered sanctioned houses to be cancelled when beneficiaries were unwilling to start construction. If something stops you from starting, such as a land dispute, tell your MPDO office in writing and keep a copy.
Indiramma Illu List 2: you were not rejected
List 2 is not a second list, a waiting list or a rejection. It means records show you own no land and no house, so you need a house site before construction money can help you.
That is why List 2 families have waited longer. In the first phase, the government gave priority to List 1 families, who already had land. The second phase was planned to give help with both land and house construction. Phase 2 started in June 2026, and the Housing Minister directed officials to give top priority to destitute families living in huts.
If you are in List 2:
- Keep your registered mobile number active. Field officials call before they visit.
- Attend your Grama Sabha, where beneficiary lists are read out.
- Ask your MPDO or ward office whether house sites are being allotted in your area.
Indiramma Illu List 3: what to do if it is wrong
List 3 means the records show you already own a house. If that is wrong, it is a record error you can challenge, not a final decision about you.
Applicants who say they were wrongly placed in List 3 commonly report one of these entries against their name:
- A house that belongs to a parent or sibling, or a kutcha house recorded as pucca.
- A four-wheeler linked to their name or mobile number, sometimes one sold years ago.
- An electricity connection in their name, treated as proof of a house.
The official criteria behind these entries are not published on the portal. To fix a wrong entry, ask your MPDO or Tahsildar office which record placed you in List 3, then request a correction. See My status says List 3 for the full steps.
What about L4 and L5?
Some websites give definitions for L4 and L5, but we could not find an official definition from the government. If your status shows L4 or L5, take your Aadhaar and Application ID to your MPDO office and ask what it means for your file.
Indiramma Illu Status Meanings: Wait, Act or Complain?
Your Indiramma Illu status tells you whether to wait, visit an office or complain.
“Pending” అంటే వేచి ఉండండి. “MPDO Approval Pending” అంటే MPDO ఆఫీసుకు వెళ్లండి.

MPDO Approval Pending is the one status that usually needs a visit. Mandal teams of the Tahsildar, MPDO and an engineer inspect the lists made by Indiramma Committees, so your file can wait there. Common rejection reasons are a house or vehicle in your name, income above the limit, or an Aadhaar mismatch.
Indiramma Illu List 2026: Is There a List 2 PDF or a Final List?
We could not find an official statewide Indiramma Illu List 2 PDF on the government portal. You can check your own file in Application Search, and village lists are read out at the Grama Sabha.

“List 2” is your category, not a second list of names. Private sites offering a “List 2 PDF download” are not government sources, so never give them your Aadhaar or OTP.
Where lists appear, and how to know your name is final
Officials read out Indiramma Illu beneficiary lists at Grama Sabha meetings. Indiramma Committees at village and ward level, set up under G.O. Ms. No. 33 of 11 October 2024, help select beneficiaries.
There is no single statewide final list. Names are added in batches as checks finish, and officials call it a continuing process. Your house is final when Application Search shows it as sanctioned. If your name was read at the Grama Sabha but the portal still says Pending, ask the MPDO office.
Indiramma Illu Problems People Face, and What Actually Fixes Them
Most stuck Indiramma Illu files are fixed at the mandal office, not by checking the website again. Carry your original Aadhaar, acknowledgement slip or Application ID, and ration card to every visit.

Nothing moving? Use Prajavani. It runs every Monday, 10 am to 1 pm, at the Mandal Parishad office, with the MPDO in charge. The Collector holds one every Monday too, and each complaint gets a dated receipt with a reference ID.
Indiramma Illu Apply Online and Login: The Honest Answer
You cannot apply for an Indiramma Illu house on the official portal. It has no public application form, and its Officer Login is only for government staff, who sign in with a user ID, password and Aadhaar OTP.

Where applications were taken
Most families applied on paper during Praja Palana, from 28 December 2023 to 6 January 2024, when about 1.28 crore applications came in for five guarantee schemes, including Indiramma Illu. Each applicant got a receipt, and that number is the Application ID used in Application Search. More applications were collected at village Gram Sabhas in January 2025.
If you missed both, ask your Gram Panchayat, ward office or MPDO office whether applications are open in your area. Hyderabad’s CURE flats use a separate process (see 2026 updates).
Documents to keep ready
- Aadhaar card linked to a mobile number you use
- Food Security Card (ration card)
- Bank passbook for an Aadhaar-seeded account, since payments come by DBT
- Acknowledgement slip or Application ID; keep a photo of it on your phone
- Caste and income certificates and photographs, if your office asks
Who Is Eligible for Indiramma Illu
Indiramma Illu is for poor Telangana families who do not own a pucca house. Families with a plot get Rs 5 lakh to build on it, and families with no land are covered for both land and construction.

- Who qualifies: a poor family in Telangana, usually with a white ration card, and no pucca house. Families in huts, kutcha houses or rented homes can qualify.
- Who does not: families that already own a pucca house, or whose records show income or property above the limit.
- Who gets priority: Dalit, tribal, minority and weaker-section families, and in Phase 2, destitute families living in huts.
- Whose name it is in: the house is sanctioned in the name of the woman of the family. Her name must match on Aadhaar, the bank account and the application.
Indiramma Illu Payment Status: How the Rs 5 Lakh Is Paid
The Rs 5 lakh is paid by DBT into your Aadhaar-linked bank account in four stages, from basement level to completion. A housing Assistant Engineer (AE) photographs each stage with geo-tagging before the next payment, and the Housing Minister has said funds are released every Monday.

How to check your Indiramma Illu payment status online
Search your file in Application Search. Since August 2025, the portal shows your construction stage, bill payment dates and amount paid, in Telugu, English, Urdu and Hindi. If a payment is late, see Problems and fixes.
Building bigger and material prices
The Chief Minister said beneficiaries may build up to 50% more than the sanctioned house, and in August 2026 cement makers agreed to supply bags for Indiramma houses at Rs 230 each. Check with your AE before changing your plan.
Indiramma Illu 2026 Updates: Phase 2, Hyderabad Flats and Roof Scheme
Seven lakh Indiramma houses have now been sanctioned across both phases. In 2026 the scheme added Phase 2 in the districts, a flat scheme for Hyderabad, new roofs for old houses and help to finish stalled ones.

Hyderabad CURE flats: who can apply and what it costs
This scheme covers Hyderabad’s Core Urban Region Economy (CURE) area, up to the Outer Ring Road (ORR).

If you applied, keep your MeeSeva receipt, payment receipt and application number, and keep your registered mobile active until allotment or refund.
New roofs and help for stalled houses
The roof scheme is for old Indiramma houses whose walls stand but whose roofs are damaged. The government also announced help to finish houses left incomplete under the earlier Indiramma and Gruha Lakshmi schemes. No public application has been announced for either, so take your old sanction papers to the MPDO office.
Special Cases: Displaced Families, Old 2BHK Applicants and Tribal Areas
Some families get Indiramma houses outside the normal constituency quota. If one of these fits you, ask for it by name at your MPDO office.
- Land lost to a government project: the State Reserve Quota (SRQ) sanctions houses with relaxed rules. It covered 863 houses for Kakatiya Mega Textile Park land losers in Warangal and 4,696 for Mid Manair reservoir families in Rajanna Sircilla. Carry your land acquisition papers.
- Old 2BHK applicants: the double bedroom scheme is separate from Indiramma Illu. Officials were told to finish and allot incomplete 2BHK houses, so take your old application number to the MRO or MPDO office.
- Tribal families: Phase 1 sanctioned 21,000 houses only for tribals, and 2026-27 added 500 to 1,500 houses for ITDA constituencies. Ask at the MPDO or ITDA office.
- Towns outside Hyderabad’s CURE area: the CURE flat scheme does not cover you. Ask your ward or municipal office how houses are sanctioned in your town.

What is the official Indiramma Illu website?
The official website is indirammaindlu.telangana.gov.in. Note the spelling “indlu,” not “illu.” Any address that does not end in .telangana.gov.in is not a government site, so do not enter your Aadhaar or OTP there.
Can I check my status without my Application ID or old mobile number?
Yes. Application Search also works with your Aadhaar number or your FSC (ration card) number. If your mobile number has changed, use one of these instead, and ask your MPDO office to update the number on your file.
My status says List 2. Will I get a house?
List 2 is not a rejection. It means you own no land and no house, so you need a house site before construction help. Phase 2, launched in June 2026, covers both land and construction. Keep your mobile active and ask the MPDO about site allotment.
Is there an Indiramma Illu List 2 PDF for 2026?
We could not find an official statewide List 2 PDF on the government portal. Check your own file in Application Search, and attend your Grama Sabha, where village lists are read out. PDFs offered by private sites are not government documents.
Can I apply for Indiramma Illu online?

No. Applicants for the Hyderabad CURE flats paid an official Rs 100 fee and a Rs 10,000 token advance, refunded if not selected. This applies only to CURE flats. For district Indiramma houses, nobody can charge you anything.
